Chicken Kebab

What if I told you, that you can be chowing down on a proper delicious Vegan Chicken Kebab that has the same taste, texture and addictiveness as the one you used to have, in less than half the time it would take your delivery man to get to your front door?!

I mean, seriously, a cruelty free, plant based, Chicken Kebab that takes roughly 10 minutes… from grabbing your ingredients to shoving it in your gob!? Yes… you can even do it easily when you are drunk and back from a wicked night out. Stop wasting your money on take out, and get on this beauty!
Ingredients:
Linda McCartney Pulled Chicken

1tsp Paprika

1tsp Oregano

1tsp Liquid Smoke

1tsp Minced Garlic

1tsp Lime Juice

1/2tsp Cinnamon

1TBSP Soy Sauce

Black Pepper to taste

I am so passionate about this as it was my ‘go to’ payday takeaway before I went Vegan, and to find out I can make a healthier, cheaper, quicker and easier version has. Blown. My. Mind.
So basically, chuck it all in a nonstick pan with a little oil, and gently cook, stirring, till hot.
