If, like me, you are an absolute nutter about nut butter, you will love this Sauce. It’s brilliant because it’s versatile, a salad dressing, a satay sauce or you can even use it to make spicy peanut beans!
3 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 TBSP Lime Juice
200ml hot Veg Stock (you may not need it all)
Firstly, mix up your Veg Stock, and grab a bowl for your Sauce assembly. Plop in the Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce, Lime Juice and Chilli Flakes.
Now you are going to gradually add your hot Stock, only about 20mls at a time. In between adding your Stock, give it a good mix with a spoon. The stock is going to slowly loosen it up and make it more of a Saucy consistency, so don’t add it all at once, or it could end up too runny. Slow down Margaret. Add only as much as you need until you get a lovely and drippy Sauce! Have a taste, and add more Chilli if you’re feeling frisky!
Sorted! Now decide what delights you are going to grace with this decadent Sauce! I had a delicious meal earlier by adding it to some cooked Pinto Beans, proper lush that was!
Eat it for goodness sake!
