One very quick and easy weeknight meal for the kids!
You can choose your own toppings so it’s very flexible!
Anyone can make this delicious delight!

You will only need:
1 sheet of puff pastry (2 if doing the rolls too)
1 jar of dairy free pesto
Any toppings you like!
So first… to make the rolls, just pre-heat your oven to 180c, grease a baking tray or lay down some grease proof paper.
Spread the pesto all over the pastry and roll it up! Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty!
Slice them into rounds and lay them onto your baking tray, giving them room to expand.
After 10 or 15 minutes, they should be a beautiful golden brown, and ready to snack on!
On with the show! Pizzas!
Keep that oven on 180c and grease or line another baking tray.
Slice the pastry into quarters, you can do bigger slices but the base isn’t as robust as a normal pizza base so it’s best to keep them smaller!
spread your pesto, add your toppings and bake until the edges are puffy and golden!
We used Linda McCartney’s sausages, if you are using any ingredients like these then do pr-prepare them as the pizzas only take around 10-15 minutes to cook and frozen sausages are hard to slice!
